How to place a trade

To initiate the purchase of a security or ETF, follow these steps:

1. Go to the Markets or Watchlist tabs on your mobile or desktop app.

2. Choose the security or ETF you wish to purchase.

3. Click on the trade button to proceed.

4. You'll be directed to the order quotes page where you can specify the trade size, order type, and more. For detailed information on different order types, refer to our FAQ section.

5. Place your order or buy the securities/ETF at market price.

How to close/sell my trade

To sell your shares or ETF, here's what you need to do:

1. Navigate to your Account tab on desktop or tap the home button (Webull logo) on the mobile app.

2. Under the "Positions" tab, you'll find a list of all the securities and/or ETFs you own.

3. Choose the security you want to sell and click on "Sell to Close."

4. Specify the quantity to sell, order type, etc., as required.
