I have funds in my Webull account however my buying power is $0

If you have deposited AUD into your account before trading, you must convert your AUD to USD.

This can be done via the Webull App

1. Tap the Webull logo at the bottom of the screen

2. Tap "Transfers" and "Currency Exchange"

3. Enter the amount you'd like to exchange

4. Tap "Exchange Now"

Note:

1. Exchange rates are updated every 10 minutes.

2. The minimum amount required per currency conversion is AUD30.

3. Funds from closed positions can only be converted into other currencies after the settlement period.
